Tandem bicycle, 1948.

A lightweight British tandem, built to special order by Rensch. This bicycle was designed mainly for long-distance touring so is exceptionally light. It has completed many thousands of miles, mainly in continental Europe, and proved both an economic and reliable form of transport. It is fitted with a derailleur-type 12-speed gear, independent calliper rim brakes and Michelin 26 X 1 1/4 inch tyres.
