Camera and lens made by Ernemann. This camera is best remembered for it's lenses, notably the one shown here, which would open up to F1.8. This made available light photography a reality where previously flash had been required by older, larger cameras. However, the release of the first 35mm Leica signalled the end for the Ermanox.
